 Submission Tutorial – 2017 Joint IMEKO TC1-TC7-TC13 Symposium

Abstract Submission: Final extended deadline (very last opportunity to satisfy many requests): Monday, April 3rd

 

Abstract Submission:

Authors are invited to submit presentation proposal abstracts written in English and consisting of a three A4 pages PDF file, according to the format available below or  downloadable from the IOP site and following the indicated procedure.

The three-page proposal abstract and the full six-page paper formats are the same.

 

Full Paper Submission:

Upon abstract acceptance, authors will be invited to submit full papers written in English and consisting of a six A4 pages PDF file, according to the format available below or downloadable from the IOP site and following the indicated procedure.

The full six-page paper and the three-page proposal abstract formats are the same.

Submission Instructions:

Please, initially create a new account  on the online system (upper right corner of the homepage), providing your name, contact email (which will be your login) and a password. You will receive an email confirming that your account has been created.

Then, please login at the website and fill your details, after which you will be able to register to the Symposium and submit abstracts and full papers

Presentation:

Articles accepted for oral presentation: oral presentations will have 15 minutes limit as 12 minutes for the presentation of the author and 3 minutes for discussion.

The papers presented in poster format shall have a maximum size of 90 cm wide by 120 cm high.

The author responsible for the submission will receive the corresponding certificate, which shall contain the names of all the co-authors of the work.

 

Proceedings Publication:

Symposium proceedings will be published with an International Standard Book Number, ISBN, in the Journal of Physics-Conference Series (IOP), and papers will be indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
