Please, initially create a new account on the online system (upper right corner of the homepage), providing your name, contact email (which will be your login) and a password. You will receive an email confirming that your account has been created.
Then, please login at the website and fill your details, after which you will be able to register to the Symposium and submit papers.
There two payment methods available:
1) Via Paypal - In this case you can proceed directly from Congress website.
2) Via Bank Transfer - In this case we can send you an Invoice so you can coordinate payment via your local bank. If you prefer this option, please send us an e-mail with this request.
Non-attending, Poster only:
In rare cases, a presenter unable to attend in person may exhibit a poster. In such cases, the presenter should register at the special poster-only rate of € 220,00 to help defray costs.
Refund policy: For cancelations, send an e-mail notification. An administrative fee of 20% shall be charged for cancelations before July 14th 2017. No refunds shall be done after this date. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.
